S360 platform
The technology layer behind field implementation.
All six ISRI modules run on S360 — the digital infrastructure for data collection, traceability, dashboards and reporting that makes our work measurable, transparent and scalable.
Two entities, one mission
Distinct roles, closely integrated
ISRI
The non-profit arm responsible for field implementation, farmer engagement and ecosystem development. Works directly with farmers, workers and supply chain actors at the last mile.
- Role — enable practice adoption and transparency
- Ensures — neutrality, trust, mission alignment
- Funded by — grants, CSR, development finance
S360
The consulting and technology arm that supports implementation through digital infrastructure, advisory services and integration with buyer and market systems.
- Role — commercial interface for exporters, certification bodies, institutions
- Ensures — scalability, technology integration, market alignment
- Revenue — consulting, platform licensing, project work
ISRI builds trust at the source. S360 builds systems at scale.
What S360 provides
Infrastructure for every module
Data collection
Standardised farm- and processing-level frameworks, captured on mobile in the field by ISRI officers and farmers themselves.
Traceability
Lot-based tracking, QR and batch capture at procurement points, farmer-to-processor mapping including informal flows.
Dashboards
Real-time views for farmers, buyers and certification bodies. Before-and-after measurement for every intervention.
Labour registers
Worker registration, wage calculation, shift and hours records, and grievance logging — paper-backed and digital.
Buyer integration
Digital links to exporter and buyer procurement systems so responsible sourcing is verifiable at the point of purchase.
Reporting
Donor, CSR and regulatory reporting generated from farmer-level evidence rather than aggregate claims.
Need the technology without the field programme?
S360 works with exporters, certification bodies and institutions directly. ISRI brings the field.
